Our Story

Why SpireStock exists

Indian distribution is massive, complex, and overwhelmingly manual. Over 70% of distributors still run their operations on handwritten registers, WhatsApp groups, and Excel sheets stitched together with phone calls. Crate losses across the dairy industry alone top Rs 2,000 crore every year. Salesmen submit orders on paper. Route plans live in someone's head. Collections are reconciled at month-end, if at all.

We built SpireStock because every existing tool was either a desktop-era relic designed for accountants or a global SaaS product that had never heard of an "AM run," a "beat plan," or a "jumbo crate deposit." Indian distributors deserved software that felt native to their world, designed by people who have sat in cold rooms at 4:30 AM watching loading happen.

Today, SpireStock covers the entire distribution workflow: order capture, route planning, fleet tracking, crate management, trade schemes, GST billing, and analytics. We serve six industries across 15+ Indian cities. But this is still day one. Our mission is to make Indian distribution the most efficient, most transparent, and most profitable supply chain in the world.

SpireStock is built by a team of engineers and distribution domain experts based in India. We started the project because every existing distribution tool was either a desktop relic from 2005 or a generic global ERP that never understood Indian distribution nuances like AM runs, crate deposits, or slab-based GST billing.
Is SpireStock only for dairy businesses?
No. While dairy distribution was our starting point, SpireStock serves six industries: dairy, FMCG, beverages, bakery and confectionery, fresh produce, and consumer goods. The platform handles industry-specific needs like cold-chain tracking for dairy, glass-bottle deposits for beverages, and short shelf-life returns for bakery products.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in Indian data centers (Mumbai and Hyderabad regions). SpireStock uses end-to-end encryption, role-based access control, and row-level data isolation for multi-tenant workspaces. We follow ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II security standards.
